Repeat after me: a loaf of bread is not a bowl. Even a healthy Low-Fat Vegetarian Black Bean Soup at Panera goes bad when poured into a bread bowl. Pair the two, and you’re in for 770 calories, 60 grams of fat, and 147 grams of carbohydrates. That’s the same amount of carbs as 10 slices of white bread, and the fat content of 15 strips of bacon!
