This dessert just might crumble your heart.  It’s warm and delicious, just like peach pie, but without all the extra calories and fat.  Talk about ending your meal on a sweet note, this dessert packs in 4 grams of fiber!

Ingredients:

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 cup frozen sliced peaches, thawed
  • 1 Tablespoon nonnutritive sweetener
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Kellogg's All Bran Buds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Coat an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Combine peaches, sweetener and lemon juice in a large bowl. Place in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl combine Bran Buds, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle on top of peaches.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
