ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel or delay the shipment of your Subscribe and Save order, simply log in to your account and update your subscription option. Please note that if an order has already been processed or shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

SHIPPING POLICY

F-Factor ships domestically to the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii, and internationally to Canada. Please check with [email protected] to inquire about any other shipment locations including APO and FPO locations.

In-stock items are shipped within two business days if the order is placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Items ordered after 4:00 PM Eastern Time may be shipped on the third business day.

Please note that F-Factor is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses and cannot change the address after order completion. F-Factor does not ship to PO Boxes.

A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our shipping facility. This email will confirm that the item has left our warehouse and provide the tracking number for your item, if available.

IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.

Your shipping expense is included in the Shipping and Handling field in your shopping cart, and again in the Shipping and Handling field on the Checkout page. By proceeding with the checkout transaction, you agree that the fees have been disclosed to you.

F-Factor is not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides, so if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment / suite / office number / name) and your package is lost, F-Factor is not responsible.

If you have inputted the incorrect address on your order, CANCEL your order immediately by logging into your account. Then, place your order again using the correct address. Once your package is processed and shipped, we cannot make any more modifications to your shipment.

ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We guarantee that our products will ship to you in excellent condition, free from any defects or we will replace the product free of charge within 30 days of purchase.

Our products undergo thorough quality assurance procedures to ensure they live up to our high standards. However, if you find a damaged or defective product upon arrival due to mishandling during the shipping process, you must submit a claim within 2 days of receiving your order.

To create a claim, please email us at [email protected] and include:

  1. Your order/invoice number
  2. Contact information
  3. Description of defective product
  4. Product flavor, type and size
  5. Image of the “best by or manufactured” date stamp on the package
  6. Image of packaging
  7. Image of shipping box
  8. Image of invoice

**Please keep all product and packaging as we may ask you to ship all defective product back to us for further inspection. If you cannot complete this exchange for any reason, your claim may be denied.

Books and journals are non-refundable, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling if you were charged shipping and handling on your order.

RECALL POLICY

In the event of a product recall the customer will be contacted directly.

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

All pricing and payment information displayed in the ffactor.com website are in US Dollars.

We accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

The billing address entered at checkout or stored in your profile must match the addresses on file with VISA otherwise VISA may deny authorization on your order.
