Brand Manager – Activation
F-Factor is the fastest growing health and wellness solution company and is building its marketing team. The associate brand manager will be responsible for CRM, promo, launching and commercializing products, and financials/reporting, reporting directly to the director of marketing.
- Own CRM plan and execution, including promotion, subscriptions, and demographic content
- Execute major brand projects (TBD)
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and POS / health of business reporting
- Assist director in GTM plan and launching new products; lead packaging and collateral creative
- Manage performance metrics for paid media
- Execute conferences and shows with agency partners
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by leadership
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Passion for marketing / brand management and a desire to truly help the consumer
- Creative, innovative, and scrappy mind who is able to go big picture by thinking strategically and small picture by managing financials, promotions, email copy, and other tactical execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, digital savvy, and organization
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously, with roll-up your sleeves attitude
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management or related field; MBA a plus
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing at internal marcom department or ad agency
- Excellent knowledge of core marketing competencies and productivity tools (especially Microsoft Office)
- Experience in natural, health & wellness, nutritional or food categories a plus
