Working with an F-Factor RD 👩‍⚕️ can help you achieve your wellness and weight management goals once and for all.

During weekly sessions, you’ll learn how to live your life to the fullest without hunger, deprivation, or denial. Your F-Factor RD will tailor a plan that honors not only your medical history and genetic disposition, but also your lifestyle. You’ll learn how to dine out with confidence, while never sacrificing your social life, celebrations, or family meals.

As an F-Factor client, you receive access to the Inbody Scale- the most comprehensive scale for providing a full body composition analysis. Regular doctor scales don’t provide analysis for muscle mass or show where on the body fat is deposited. The Inbody can help determine if you have fat to lose or need to add muscle or both. Your F-Factor RD will use the analysis to make dietary and lifestyle recommendations to optimize your body. Follow up use of the InBody at each session monitors your success on the program. Clients get so excited when they see the changes in their body that a traditional scale can not reveal. (Virtual clients receive a body-composition scale to use at home).
