Social Media Coordinator

F-Factor is one of the fastest growing health and wellness solution companies and is building out its marketing team. The Social Media Coordinator is a junior marketing role responsible for key aspects of social media, reporting directly to the Marketing Director and working closely with the CEO. The Social Media Coordinator will play a critical role in helping drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Social media channel management
  • Develop and manage the social media calendar
  • Manage and publish content on key social media channels (posts, stories, and videos) with creative development and execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver against F-Factor business needs (product launches, promotions, events)
  • Assist with business partnerships
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities
  • Research social media trends and inform management of relevant changes and opportunities
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned by leadership

  • Passion for marketing / brand management and a desire to truly help the consumer
  • Creative, innovative, and scrappy mind who is able to go big picture by thinking strategically and small picture by developing copy, including social media posts/stories/community management and other tactical execution
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously, with roll-up your sleeves attitude

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, management or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Excellent knowledge of social media (especially Instagram) and productivity tools (especially Microsoft Office)
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing a plus (InShot, iMovie and Canva)
  • Creative, innovative, and scrappy individual who can think strategically and execute tactically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, digital, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously, with roll-up your sleeves attitude
  • Knowledge of F-Factor a plus
