Tanya’s 20-Minute Treadmill Workout

Q: I’ve seen Tanya mention a 20-minute intense sprint workout, tell me more!

A: While success on the F-Factor Diet is certainly not reliant on working out, or intense cardio like this for that matter, sometimes you just need a good sweat. This sprint workout will have you sweating for sure, and the best part? Only takes 20 minutes and you’re DONE. Lace up your Nike’s and grab your water bottle, we’re doing this!

TANYA’S 20 MINUTE SPRINT WORKOUT: 

  • Put grade at 2.5
  • 0-1 min: put speed at 4.0
  • 1-2 min: put speed at 5.0
  • 2-2:45 min: put speed at 6.0
  • 2:45-4 min: put speed at 8.5 (or higher!!)
  • 4-5:15 min: put speed at 4.0
  • 5:15-6:30 min: put speed at 8.6 (or higher!!)
  • 6:30-7:45 min: put speed at 4.0
  • 7:45-9 min: put speed at 8.7 (or higher!)
  • 9-10:15 min: put speed at a 4.0
  • 10:15-11:30 min: put speed at 8.8 (or higher!)
  • 11:30-12:45 min: put speed at 4.0
  • 12:45-14 min: put speed at 8.9 (or higher!)
  • 14-15:15 min: put speed at 4.0
  • 15:15-16:30 min: put speed at 9.0 (or higher!)
  • 16:30-17:45 min: put speed at 4.0
  • 17:45-19 min: put speed at 9.1 (or higher!)
