Passover liberation, alas!
Here at the F-Factor office, we are more than accustomed to eating our cardboard crackers. All year long we take our bran crackers, doll them up with spreads and schmears and down them to ensure that we get our full fiber fix. The one time of year that this is a challenge is during Passover, when a different kind of cardboard takes our menu’s main stage. There’s no need to sugar-coat it (pun intended), matzo is much easier to get down than what we’re used to. But eating carbs without fiber makes going to the bathroom a “no can do,”—and that’s a big no-no for us.
