Upgrade your rice, and put pasta back on the menu! These recipes all utilize Shirataki products, which makes them very, very low carband very #FFACTORAPPROVED. Miracle Noodles, Nasoya, Skinny Noodles—no matter which brand you choose, these recipes put them to good use—and will fill you up too! Here are some of Tanya’s favorites (and how to journal them!): 

Takeout-Style Cold Peanut Sesame Noodles – Say ‘ta ta!’ to takeout! This nutty, traditionally very caloric dish has been lightened up (to just 77 calories per serving!) in such a flavorful way that ordering that in again will just seem, well, nuts.

Creamy Mushroom Asparagus Risotto

Veggie-Packed Spaghetti “Pie” – Oodles of noodles, oodles of satisyfing flavor, none of the guilt. My kids LOVE this one! Sound too good to be true? Wait for this one: it contains less than 400 calories—not per serving, but in the ENTIRE recipe!
