Are you a current or past F-Factor client looking for some quality time with F-Factor? Pop on in and continue your F-Factor journey with our newest program, F-Factor “Pop-In Lecture/Weigh-in Series”. These Pop-In sessions are an exciting way for F-Factor clients, both past and present, to gain even more F-Factor knowledge and inspiration.
Pop-Ins are a fun, social and easy way to help you stay on track, motivated and informed so that you can continue your journey to become your best you. Each session a F-Factor RD will present a different lecture filled with tips and solutions to help you live the F-Factor Way. You’ll also have the opportunity to receive an InBody weigh-in and connect with other members of the F-Factor community. Think of it as continuing your F-Factor education with all the bells and whistles of a private practice appointment without the correlating price tag.

F-FACTOR GROUP POP-INS INCLUDE:
- Weigh-in + Body Composition Analysis with The InBody
- 45 minute F-Factor Lesson of the month

COST: $100 per session
WHEN: Pop-in sessions will be held monthly at 6:00pm
WHERE: The F-Factor Office
DURATION: 90 minutes
The following Pop-In classes are open for registration. Please note all Pop-in classes will be 90 minutes begin at 6:00pm and conclude at 7:30 (hour and a half) at the F-Factor Office, unless otherwise noted. Please note lecture topics are subject to change. Pop-in classes are eligible to current and past F-Factor private practice clients ONLY.
