There’s nothing more American than snacking for a sporting event. You’re going to do it, so might as well do it the right way—with lightened-up, F-Factor approved, and out-of-the-field delicious recipes. Remember, it doesn’t matter if you win or lose, so as long as you you feel good about your choices while watching the game. Here are 16 recipes perfect for tailgating, parties, or a simple case of the munchies. Go team, go!

Hoisin Baked Chicken Wings – Baked, not fried, this finger food holds its own no matter the occasion.

Crispy Baked Chicken Tenders – Yes, you can even have chicken tenders on F-Factor! OR The breaded, delicious childhood favorite—without the carbs.

BBQ Chicken Cauliflower Crust Pizza – Instead of baking the crust in a traditional round shape, shape crust in a rectangle by laying out on a baking sheet. This way you can cut into smaller bite-sized squares for guests to enjoy.

Turkey and Black Bean Nachos {{Recipe on page 277 of the Miracle Carb Diet book}} – Game day wouldn’t be complete without nachos on the table. However, tortilla chips alone can be over 200 calories for just 15 chips! Fortunately, you can find a health-ified version of this recipe on page 227 of the Miracle Carb Diet book.
