INGREDIENTS (serves 6):
- 1 (8-oz) container 0% Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded and drained cucumber
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 – 1 cloves garlic, minced
- In a bowl mix all ingredients to combine.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
