TZ’s Tzatziki Sauce


This low-calorie Greek yogurt based sauce adds a fresh Grecian flare to whatever you’re eating. Use as a dip for crudités, or a condiment for lean proteins—it pairs perfectly with our grass-fed beef and feta Greek Burgers. 

INGREDIENTS (serves 6):

  • 1 (8-oz) container 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded and drained cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 – 1 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp of finely chopped dill
  • 1-2 sprays olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

    1. In a bowl mix all ingredients to combine.
    2. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

    Serves 6, 2 Tbsp per serving
