Creamy Caesar Dressing

Just add lettuce! Recipe yields about 1/2 cup of salad dressing.

INGREDIENTS (serves 6):

  • 2 1/3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup (2 scoops) Unflavored 20/20 Fiber/Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • salt & pepper, to taste

    1. Put all ingredients in blender and pulse until fully combined and smooth. 

    Serves 6, ~1.5 Tbsp dressing per serving. This is a Step 1 Approved Recipe.
