What’s up, Doc? Nothing LOONEY about this carrot smoothie, just superb nutrition to get your day started off right.

INGREDIENTS (serves 1):

  • pinch (1/4 tsp) nutmeg
  • 1 tsp beet juice powder
  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  •  

    PREPARATIONS:

    1. Mix all ingredients in a blender, and pulse to desired consistency. 
    2. Pour and enjoy!
