Creamy Balsamic Dressing

Traditional vinaigrette is made by mixing an oil with something acidic, like vinegar. Other creamy dressings are made with mayo or heavy cream. The beauty of this dressing is that there’s no oil, mayo or cream used at all, yet it is still creamy, thick and delicious! That and also it adds an extra helping of fiber and protein. Use as a dip for crudités, a spread for sandwiches or pour over favorite greens to complete a salad.
