Dairy-Free Vanilla Fiber Latte

dairy free vanilla latte - high in fiber!

INGREDIENTS (serves 1):

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: monk fruit sweetener
  • PREPARATIONS: 

    1. Place almond milk in milk frother to steam/froth.
    2. While milk is frothing, pour coffee/ espresso into mug and add cinnamon, vanilla extract and monk fruit. Add the plant-based 20/20 powder and using a handheld milk frother, froth until smooth. 
    3. Pour steamed milk into mug. Top with additional cinnamon, if desired.
