INGREDIENTS (serves 1):
- 3/4 cup (6 oz) unsweetened vanilla almond
- 2 Tbsp (1/2 scoop) 20/20 Plant-Based FIBER/PROTEIN Powder
- 1/4 cup coffee (or 1-2 shots espresso)
- Place almond milk in milk frother to steam/froth.
- While milk is frothing, pour coffee/ espresso into mug and add cinnamon, vanilla extract and monk fruit. Add the plant-based 20/20 powder and using a handheld milk frother, froth until smooth.
- Pour steamed milk into mug. Top with additional cinnamon, if desired.
