Low-Fat Eggnog

An F-Factor take on this caloric holiday classic. Cheers to the Holiday, and keeping it low cal with this jolly treat!

INGREDIENTS (serves 4):

  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (plus more for garnish)
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg (plus more for garnish)
  • PREPARATIONS: 

    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until frothy (about 1 minute). 
    2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
    3. When ready to serve, ladle into glasses and garnish with sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon. Optional, spike with rum, brandy, bourbon, or other hard liquor of choice.
