An F-Factor take on this caloric holiday classic. Cheers to the Holiday, and keeping it low cal with this jolly treat!
INGREDIENTS (serves 4):
- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 scoops Vanilla 20/20 Fiber/Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp rum extract
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until frothy (about 1 minute).
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- When ready to serve, ladle into glasses and garnish with sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon. Optional, spike with rum, brandy, bourbon, or other hard liquor of choice.
