Cheesy Egg White Bites

Feel free to add whatever ingredients you want to make the muffins your own: broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onions, herbs, turkey bacon, turkey/chicken sausage, shredded mozzarella, the options are endless!

INGREDIENTS (serves 6):

  • 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper, to taste

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 12-cup muffin tin (or a 24-cup mini muffin tin) with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.
    2. In a bowl, whisk egg whites, 20/20 powder and pinch of salt. Fold in parmesan cheese.
    3. Pour egg mixture into prepared muffin tins, top with flavorings as desired and place in oven to bake for 20-25 min.
    4. Serve warm.


    Serves 6, 2 regular-sized egg bites per serving (4 egg bites per serving if made with 24-cup mini muffin tin. This is a Step 1 Approved Recipe.
