20/20 Chocolate Donuts with Vanilla Frosting

INGREDIENTS (serves 6):


  • 1 cup super fine almond flour
  • 1/3 cup stevia
  • 1/2 cup (2 scoops) Chocolate 20/20 Fiber/Protein Powder 
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a silicon donut mold with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. 
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, stevia, 20/20 powder, baking powder, cocoa powder and sea salt. 
  3. In separate smaller bowl, whisk the eggs, almond milk and coconut oil together, until well combined. Pour mixture into the larger bowl of dry ingredients and whisk until a well combined batter has formed. 
  4. Pour batter into prepared donut mold, so that each mold is 3/4 full, and place in oven to bake for 20-25 minutes (or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Remove mold from oven and allow to cool until donuts are easy to remove from the molds. 
  5. While donuts bake and cool, prepare frosting by stirring together frosting ingredients in a small bowl.
  6. Once donuts have cooled completely, frost donuts by dipping one by one into prepared frosting glaze. 

Serves 6, 1 donut per serving.
