Bloat-Banishing Pineapple Smoothie

INGREDIENTS (serves 1):

  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks 
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • PREPARATIONS:

    1. Mix all ingredients in a blender, and pulse to desired consistency.
