It’s time we think outside the chickpea box (or hummus container).
Ingredients (Serves 12):
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1/3 cup raw tahini
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- Wash and dice zucchini.
- Add all ingredients into a mini food chopper. Blend until smooth and creamy! Adjust seasonings to taste.
