F-Factor Boiled Lobster

Lobsters are truly delicious and incredibly low in calories – what better reason to try this super-easy boiled lobster recipe?

 

4 1 ½ pound live lobsters

2 gallons water

¼ cup salt

2 lemons, quartered

Preparation

Bring the water to a boil in a pot large enough to hold the lobsters.

Rinse the lobsters under cold water and quickly slide them into the salted boiling water.  Cover the pot and cook for 12 minutes

Lobsters are done when they turn completely red and you can pull out an antenna easily.

Drain lobsters in a colander and serve with lemon.

Serves 4
