These sweet juicy treats are perfect during the summer, especially at the end of a barbecue dinner.
INGREDIENTS (serves 4):
- 4 bamboo skewers
- 8 large strawberries
- 1 whole peach, quartered
- Soak skewers in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan on high medium high heat. Brush with canola oil.
- Thread the fruit on the skewers beginning with a strawberry, then a quarter of a peach, half an apricot, a quarter of a plum and topped with a strawberry. Repeat for the three remaining skewers.
- Grill the kebabs, turning once, until lightly browned and softened, about 5 minutes.
