F-Factor Low Carb High Fiber Banana French Toast

French Toast

 

INGREDIENTS (serves 1 – 2 Pieces of French Toast):

OPTIONAL:

  • Serve with powdered sugar, berries or high fiber syrup

PREPARATIONS: 

  1. Place egg whites, F-Factor Vanilla 20/20 Fiber/Protein Powder, cinnamon, 1/2 banana in blender and pulse until well combined
  2. Place liquid mixture in a shallow bowl
  3. Soak high fiber bread in mixture and repeat with second slice of bread
  4. Coat a nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium heat. Place French Toast on pan and cook on each side for approximately 1 min, or until golden brown
  5. Serve immediately and garnish with desired toppings (powder sugar, berries, or high fiber syrup)
