F-Factor Low Carb High Fiber French Toast

French Toast

INGREDIENTS (serves 1):

**Optional -- Serve with powder sugar, berries or high fiber syrup 


  1. Place egg whites, F-Factor Vanilla 20/20 Fiber/Protein Powder, cinnamon, in blender and pulse until well combined 
  2. Place liquid mixture in a shallow bowl
  3. Soak high fiber breadin mixture and allow, repeat with second slice of bread 
  4. Coat a nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium heat. Place French Toast on pan and cook on each side for approximately 1 min, or until golden brown 
  5. Serve immediately and garnish with desired toppings (powder sugar, berries, or high fiber syrup)
