F-Factor Mango Sorbet




One spoon of this luscious sorbet will transport you to your very own tropical paradise.


3 cups cubed ripe mango (about 5 or 6 mangoes)

1 ripe banana

1 tablespoon orange juice

½ teaspoon lime peel, grated


  1. Puree the mango and banana in a food processor. Transfer to a small metal bowl. Stir in the orange juice and lime peel and cover tightly with plastic wrap.
  2. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
  3. Remove from the freezer, let soften slightly, and beat until smooth in a food processor. Transfer to a metal bowl and refreeze for 30 minutes. Serve.
