3 cups cubed ripe mango (about 5 or 6 mangoes)
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon orange juice
½ teaspoon lime peel, grated
- Puree the mango and banana in a food processor. Transfer to a small metal bowl. Stir in the orange juice and lime peel and cover tightly with plastic wrap.
- Freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
- Remove from the freezer, let soften slightly, and beat until smooth in a food processor. Transfer to a metal bowl and refreeze for 30 minutes. Serve.
