Muddled Ginger + Mint Cooler

Mint and ginger mix together for a naturally delicious, refreshing drink. This tall, cool cocktail is ideal for sipping poolside, or anytime rather, it’s delicious! #FFACTORAPPROVED

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 1 Tbsp ginger, chopped
  • 8 ounces club soda
  • ½ cup mint leaves, muddled
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ½ lime, cut into quarters, for garnish 

Preparations:

  1. Muddle mint leaves and cut limes into quarters.
  2. Combine vodka, ginger, club soda, mint and lime-juice in a pitcher.
  3. Pour into tall glasses with ice, and garnish with lime.
