Ginger Soy Salad Dressing

Sweet and savory, this homemade dressing takes any salad up a notch.

Ingredients (Serves 6): 

  • 2 Tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil


  1. Pour all ingredients in a bowl and whisk. 
  2. Transfer to mason jar and store in fridge for up to 1 week.
