INGREDIENTS (serves 4):
- 1 head green cabbage, shredded
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of salt
- Wash and shred cabbage. Place a large sauté pan with 1 Tbsp sesame oil over medium-high heat (leaving 1 Tbsp sesame oil aside for use later).
- Add cabbage to pan, season with pinch of salt. Gently stirring, add soy sauce. Continue to stir gently and cook until cabbage has wilted (~10-12 minutes).
- Remove from heat, add remaining sesame oil and plate. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
