Spinach Mozzarella Patties

INGREDIENTS (Yields 8, 1 pattie per person):

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 8 small mozzarella balls

    1. Sautee spinach in olive oil until wilted.
    2. In a bowl, combine spinach, ricotta cheese, egg whites, F-Factor 20/20 Unflavored Fiber/Powder, and spices.
    3. In a nonstick skillet coated with nonstick spray, place ¼ cup of batter onto the pan. Add mozzarella and top again with batter.
    4. After a few minutes, flip the patty over and cook a few minutes more until both sides are golden brown.
    5. Serve warm.

      Yields 8 (1 Pattie per person) This is a Step 2 recipe.
