20/20 Dill Dip

INGREDIENTS (serves 6):

  • 1 cup 1% fat cottage cheese (or 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt*)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup (1 scoop) Unflavored 20/20 FIBER/PROTEIN Powder
  • 1/4 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill 
  • PREPARATIONS:

    1. Put all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth.
    2. Pour into bowl and serve with crudités
