INGREDIENTS (serves 6):
- 1 cup 1% fat cottage cheese (or 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt*)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
PREPARATIONS:
- Put all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth.
- Pour into bowl and serve with crudités
