Creamy Coconut Ice Pops

Not a coconut fan? Try 20/20 Fruit n Yogurt Pops instead. 

INGREDIENTS (serves 4):

  • 6 oz nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes

    1. Combine all ingredients n a food processor or blender and pulse until well combined, about 8-10 seconds. Optional, leave some coconut flakes aside to have full flakes in bar. 
    2. Divide yogurt mixture evenly among 4 reusable popsicle molds. If left coconut aside, divide between popsicle molds. 
    3. Place molds in freezer to set ~3 hours - overnight. 
    4. Remove from the freezer. Place mold under hot water for 3 seconds and gently remove ice pop from mold. Serve and enjoy! 

    Serves 4, 1 pop per serving. This is a Step 1 approved recipe.
