Fruit n Yogurt Ice Pops

The cool thing (pun intended) about these frozen pops is that they’re not just healthy and delicious, but easy to make, and easy to customize too. The recipe below details how to make strawberry and blueberry yogurt pops, but you can use whatever fruits you desire (1 cup).* To make mixed berry pops, use 1/2 cup of both strawberries and blueberries.

INGREDIENTS (serves 4):

  • 6 oz nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries OR blueberries
  • PREPARATIONS:

    1. Combine all ingredients (including 1 cup fruit of choice) in a food processor or blender and pulse until well combined, about 8-10 seconds. Optional, leave some fruit aside to have fruit chunks in bar.
    2. Divide yogurt mixture evenly among 4 reusable popsicle molds. If left fruit aside for fruit chunks, divide between popsicle molds.
    3. Place molds in freezer to set ~3 hours - overnight.
    4. Remove from the freezer. Place mold under hot water for 3 seconds and gently remove ice pop from mold. Serve and enjoy!
