20/20 Vanilla Latte

Skip the coffee shop line and take your latte to the next level, 20/20 style! Not only is this ‘skinny vanilla latte’ low cal, but the added fiber will keep you feeling full for hours. 

INGREDIENTS (serves 1):

  • 2 shots espresso
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)
  • PREPARATIONS: 

    1. Place Fiber/Protein Powder and 1/4 cup of the almond milk in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Set aside. 
    2. In a pot over medium heat, pour the remaining almond milk to steam.
    3. While almond milk heats, pour espresso into the mug you will be serving in. Add the vanilla mixture from the bowl and stir.
    4. Once milk has steamed, remove from heat and use to top off espresso drink. Garnish with a dash of cinnamon, to taste.
