20/20 Vegan Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS (serves 1):

  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries (or fresh + 1/2 cup ice)
  • 2 tsp monk fruit or Stevia (optional)
  • PREPARATIONS:

    1. Place all ingredients in blender and pulse to desired consistency.
