Lay a rectangular piece of parchment paper out on counter. Using a knife divide each half of bar into 6 bite-sized squares (you should have 12 squares total: 6 peanut butter, 6 chocolate).
Place squares on microwave safe dish and microwave for 10 seconds. Combine each chocolate square with a peanut butter square by rolling them into a ball, or heart-shape, on the parchment paper. Set aside.
Fill a small double broiler with water and place over medium heat to bring to a boil. Add chocolate chips, gently stirring until melted.
Using a toothpick dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper to cool.
While truffles cool, mix PB Fit with ~1/2 Tbsp water, to create a watery peanut butter.
Once cooled, drizzle prepared PB Fit over chocolate layer. Sprinkle with sea salt as desired.
