Valentine’s Day Chocolate Brownie Truffles


INGREDIENTS (serves 6):




  • 2 Tbsp sprinkles
  • 1 Tbsp Sunfood Superfoods Raw Organic Pomegranate Powder
  • 1 Tbsp 365 Everyday Value Freeze Dried Raspberries, crushed


  1. Lay a rectangular piece of parchment paper out on counter. Unwrap Chocolate Brownie FIBER/PROTEIN Bar and using a knife divide into 12 small pieces. Place on parchment paper. 
  2. Roll each Chocolate Brownie bar squares into spherical balls on parchment paper and set aside. 
  3. Fill a small double broiler with water and place over medium heat to bring to a boil. Add chocolate chips and instant coffee, gently stirring until melted. 
  4. Using a toothpick dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and submerge in topping of choice. Place back on parchment paper and allow to cool before serving. 

Serves 6, 2 truffles per serving. This is a Step 1 Approved Recipe.
