Cucumber Berry SWOONgria

INGREDIENTS (serves 5):

  • ¼ cup Raspberries
  • 1/3 cup Strawberries, sliced
  • 1/3 cup of sliced cucumber
  • ¼ cup fresh mint, if desired

    1. Add all liquids to a large pitcher. Stir gently.
    2. Add fruit, cucumber, and mint. Stir gently.
    3. Refrigerate for an hour.
    4. Serve over ice. Garnish as desired.

    Serves 5, 1 glass per serving. This is a Step 1 Approved Recipe.
