- 4 GG Bran Cripsbreads
- 1 pack Trader Joe’s Steamed & Peeled Baby Beets
- 4 tablespoon 1% Cottage Cheese
- Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley to taste
- Spread 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese on each cracker.
- Add the sliced beets on top of each cracker.
