F-Factor Low Carb High Fiber Apple French Toast

INGREDIENTS (serves 1 – 2 Pieces of French Toast):

  • 1 scoop Vanilla 20/20 Fiber/Protein Powder
  • 2 egg whites in a blender 
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 2 pieces-low carb high fiber bread 
  • 1 small green apple or 1/2 cup of apple sauce  


  • Dice up one apple, add to a pot with a 1/3 cup of water, pinch of cinnamon 1 tbsp of monk fruit. Stir until apples are tender and sauce has caramelized


  1. Place egg whites, F-Factor Vanilla 20/20 Fiber/Protein Powder, cinnamon, apple or apple sauce in blender and pulse until well combined
  2. Place liquid mixture in a shallow bowl
  3. Soak high fiber bread in mixture and allow, repeat with second slice of bread
  4. Coat a nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium heat. Place French Toast on pan and cook on each side for approximately 1 min, or until golden brown
  5. Serve immediately and garnish with desired toppings (powder sugar, berries, or high fiber syrup)
