Recipe: F-Factor Toppers!

 

Wonder how to dress up a plain fiber cracker? Here are some great protein-rich toppers ideas delicious any time of the day!

Breakfast Toppers

4–6 egg whites (scrambled, hard boiled or as an omelet) made with your favorite vegetables and 1–2 Laughing Cow light cheese wedges or low-fat cheese

Lunch Toppers

 F-Factor Pizza—½–1 cup, 1 percent cottage cheese or low-fat mozzarella, spicy roasted red pepper sauce (Lutenica) or tomato sauce, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and oregano to taste, microwave 1–2 minutes.

Snack Toppers

2-4 ounces of turkey bacon, chicken, turkey breast, roast beef, or ham (Optional: lettuce, tomato, mustard, or Peter Lugar sauce)
