Flax-To-The-Max Pineapple Smoothie

INGREDIENTS (serves 1):

  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut (optional, for garnish)
  • PREPARATIONS:

    1. Place all ingredients (except shredded coconut) in blender and pulse to desired consistency.
    2. Pour into glass. Top with 1/2 Tbsp shredded coconut, if desired.
