Matcha Mint Super Smoothie




MMMmatcha! Packed with antioxidants, this smooth smoothie will keep you feeling full for hours too. 

INGREDIENTS (serves 1):

  • 1/2 kiwi
  • 1/3 cup riced cauliflower (frozen)
  • 2 springs mint
  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
 

PREPARATIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a Nutribullet or other blender, and pulse to desired consistency. 
  2. Pour and enjoy!
