Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino

INGREDIENTS (serves 1):

  • 2 scoops Vanilla 20/20 Fiber/Protein Powder
  • 1 1/2 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice


  • Light whip-cream
  • Cinnamon to garnish


  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth consistency. 
  2. (Optional) Top with whip-cream and cinnamon.
