Spicy Yogurt Dip

Homemade no fat spicy mayo dip

An easy-to-make sauce for dipping and spreading. Perfect with crispy zucchini fries.  

INGREDIENTS (serves 24):

  • 3/4 cup 0% fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sriracha
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup agave
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder

    1. Whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
    2. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to use.

    Serves 24, ~1 Tbsp per serving (total yield: ~1 1/2 cups). This is a Step 1 Approved Recipe.
