Sweet, yet uniquely sophisticated. By using cauliflower instead of banana, this smoothie cuts down on sugar and carbs, yet remains deliciously thick and creamy.
INGREDIENTS (serves 1):
- 1 fig, chopped
- 1/4 pear, sliced
- 1/2 cup riced cauliflower, frozen
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2 scoops Vanilla Shake 20/20 Fiber/Protein Powder
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Mix all ingredients in a Nutribullet or other blender, and pulse to desired consistency.
- Pour and enjoy!
