Winter Fresh Flax Smoothie

INGREDIENTS (serves 1):

  • 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup ice
  • PREPARATIONS:

    1. Place all ingredients in blender and pulse to desired consistency.
    2. Pour into glass. Garnish as desired.
