Low-Fat Ranch Dressing

Use on salads, as a dip for crudités, or serve with game day favorites like Buffalo Cauliflower Bites or Fiery Chicken Poppers.  

INGREDIENTS (serves 6, 1/4 cup dressing per serving):

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise (we used Hellman’s)
  • 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup (2 scoops) Unflavored 20/20 Fiber/Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • PREPARATIONS:

    1. Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until fully combined and smooth.

    Serves 6, ~1/4 cup dressing per serving (recipe yields ~12 oz, or 1 1/2 cups). This is a Step 1 Approved recipe.
