INGREDIENTS (serves 6):
- Lay a rectangular piece of parchment paper out on counter. Unwrap FIBER/PROTEIN bar and using a knife divide into 12 small pieces. Place on parchment paper.
- Roll each bar squares into spherical balls on parchment paper and set aside.
- Fill a small double broiler with water and place over medium heat to bring to a boil. Add chocolate chips and instant coffee, gently stirring until melted.
- Using a toothpick dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and submerge in topping of choice. Place back on parchment paper and allow to cool before serving.
